Shipping policy

Sechler’s Pickles ships orders via UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage. If your package arrives damaged, please send photos to showroom@sechlerspickles.com, or call us at 260-337-5461 within 10 days of delivery and we will file a claim. Depending on the nature/extent of the damage, you may be asked to fill out a shipping insurance form, which we will provide. 

If you suspect your package may have been lost during shipping, let us know via email or phone. Please be aware that a package is not considered "missing" until 20 days have passed from the date of shipment and the package has still not been delivered. 

Please refrigerate our products after opening. We do not accept responsibility for damage to products due to the negligence of the recipient.

Please be aware that the estimated delivery dates at checkout are estimates. Sechler's Pickles does not guarantee these estimates, nor does the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service.Â
