Shipping Policy

Sechler’s Pickles ships orders via UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage. If your package arrives damaged, please send photos of the damaged product to showroom@sechlerspickles.com, within 10 days of delivery and we will file a claim. PLEASE KEEP THE DAMAGED PRODUCT UNTIL YOUR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT HAS BEEN ISSUED. UPS or the post office may need to see it in order to process the claim. If your package has not been delivered, or you suspect it has been lost or stolen, feel free to contact us at any time, but be aware that we are not able to file a missing package claim until 20 days have passed from the date the package was shipped. Regardless of the issue, we may need you (the customer) to fill out a shipping insurance form or provide photos of damage. Refunds and replacements will be put on hold until we receive the documentation we require from the customer.
Please be aware that the estimated delivery dates on the checkout screen are estimates. Sechler’s Pickles does not guarantee these estimates, nor does the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service.
