Potato Salad with Sechler's Relish

This classic potato salad is sure to please everyone at your picnic!

Ingredients:

 

Instructions:

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain, peel and slice potatoes while still warm.
  2. Blend oil, pickle juice, seasonings and onion in large bowl; add potatoes, onion and relish of choice.
  3. Toss lightly. Chill several hours
  4. About 1 hour before serving time add celery, eggs, and mayonnaise. Toss lightly. Chill.
